基本情况
刘吉元，男，1982年10月生，博士研究生导师。主要从事计算机辅助药物设计、先导化合物发现与设计研究，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目等。应用医药研发人工智能（AI）药物分子设计、结构生物学等前沿技术研发新型药物及杀虫剂，构建基于靶标的候选化合物设计、靶标活性测定、体外体内生物活性测定及先导化合物精准结构优化成药体系，解决新型药物研发周期长、成本高等问题。在抗肿瘤、抗白血病及抗肺结核等新药研发，新型杀虫剂和助剂研究方面取得了重大进展，已申请或获批了多件国家及PCT国际发明专利。研究成果在已在 Journal of Hazardous Materials、European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Pest Management Science、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology、 Journal of Molecular Medicine、Molecular Pharmaceutics、Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology等国际权威期刊上发表。
