On April 23, Professor Liu Luxiang, Chief Scientist of the National Wheat Industry Technology System and Secretary of the Institute of Crops of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, led Professor Hu Xiaoping, Professor Wang Chaohui, Professor Wang Xiaojie, Professor Wang Baotong, Associate Researcher Dong Jian, and Professor Zhang Rui, Chief of the Wheat Industry System of Shaanxi Province, to inspect and investigate the wheat production in Shaanxi Province, and provided on-site guidance on the current low temperature hazards, integrated demonstration, intelligent monitoring and early warning of diseases and pests.
