Professor Jing Xiangfeng, Deputy Dean of the College of Plant Protection of Northwest A&F University, introduced the basic information of the key laboratory, such as the composition, tasks and division of labor, and Professor Hu Xiaoping, director of the key laboratory, introduced the responsibility and mission of the laboratory. 

Professor Hu Xiaoping, Professor An Derong, Assistant Researcher Gai Xiaotong, Researcher Yang Xingdang, Associate Professor Hu Zuqing, Associate Professor Mao Rui and Master Students Song Tianyu from the College of Plant Protection and School of Information Engineering of Northwest A&F University, Yunnan Tobacco Agricultural Research Institute, and Yunnan Innovation Research Institute of Beihang University made reports respectively. The participating experts and students had in-depth discussions on the research direction of monitoring and early warning.
