On January 4, 2023, the annual summary meeting of the National key R&D Program "Research on the Catastrophe Mechanism and Sustainable Prevention and Control Technology of Wheat Strip Rust" was held online. Professor Wang Xiaojie, the program leader, introduced the overall development of the project, and the project leaders reported on the specific progress and completion of the project, and the sub-project leader showed the research progress of each area. Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Chen Jianping, Song Baoan, Kang Zhensheng and project tracking expert Zheng Yongquan, members of the project advisory committee, commented on the content of the report.

On behalf of the research group, Li Yuxiang and Wang Qiang reported on the sub-projects in Project 2. The next day, the work implementation meeting of 2023 Topic 2 was held, and the work of each sub-project holder in Topic 2 in 2023 was deployed and arranged.
