基本情况

王光辉,男,1983年8月生于河北任丘市,硕士生导师。主要以禾谷镰刀菌和稻瘟菌为主要研究对象,利用分子生物学、生物信息学和生物化学等手段研究MAPK信号通路以及蛋白激酶等关键基因在病原真菌生长发育和侵染致病过程中的重要生物学功能与分子机制,为设计和制定新的病害防控策略提供理论依据。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,陕西省自然科学基础研究计划面上项目1项以及西北农林科技大学博士启动基金1项。研究成果在《Environmental Microbiology》、《Frontiers in Microbiology》、《Molecular Plant-Microbe Interactions》、《New Phytologist》、《 PLoS Pathogens》、《Nature Microbiology 》等期刊发表SCI论文15篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者7篇。
